Rzewnica is situated among the most beautiful and most frequented kayaking routes in northern Poland. As the border between the Oder and Vistula river basins crosses the municipality of Rzeczenica, tourists arriving here for rest may travel along rivers well known and liked by kayakers, such as the Brda, but also those less popular (and consequently less crowded), including the Gwda, Czernica and Biała. Naturally, the Rzewnica Tourist Complex offers the opportunity of kayaking. Owing to its location on the Brda river route, Rzewnica is a natural kayaking centre and it is this river that is most often explored by tourists. However, the rental shop in Rzewnica makes it possible to organise a trip on any route. Enthusiasts of this activity have at their disposal several dozen kayaks (together with equipment) and several riverside hostels on individual routes.
